Items with custom or player printing cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product is faulty. Furthermore if a player changes his number at any time we cannot offer a refund or an exchange on this shirt (this does not affect your statutory rights). Please note any orders consisting of an item that requires printing may require up to an additional two days to dispatch from our warehouse.

We reserve the right to refuse to print shirts that we deem offensive or abusive. A member of our retail customer service team will contact you to discuss your choice and, if necessary, request an alternative. Please note this may delay delivery of your shirt.

Customers should be aware that sizing may vary from previous Replica kits. Please ensure you obtain the correct size before printing as we are unable to exchange or refund after letters and/or numbers have been applied to personalise your item. In order to preserve your personalisation, we advise that personalised shirts are washed inside out and without fabric conditioner at 30 degrees. Do not wash within the first 24 hours.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 28 days of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund. Once an order has entered the processing phase, it cannot be cancelled. We are unable to refund customised printed shirts or accept responsibility if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number. Personalised shirts may only be returned if faulty, unsuitable sizes cannot be returned.
