Delivery Times

At Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club, we're proud to offer a fast, efficient and hassle-free delivery service. Choose which items you want to buy and decide where you'd like them sent, and we'll take care of everything, making sure your items are carefully packaged and arrive as quickly as possible.

And because you can store any number of different addresses in the "My Account" page, your package can be delivered to wherever is most convenient to you - so don't forget to decide whether you'd like your items delivered to your home or work address. However, we cannot accept any responsibility if the parcel is lost when delivered to your place of work. Orders for next day delivery must be placed before 12 midday in order to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after midday will be despatched the next working day. Unfortunately, next day delivery orders placed on a Friday cannot be guaranteed for delivery over the weekend, or if the following Monday falls on a Bank Holiday.

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.


Not Received Your Order Number?

If you have not received your order number after processing your order online, please get in touch at as this could have happened due to reasons with the payment method used.


Part Shipped Orders

We are unable to ship orders if one or more items are currently not in stock. Once all items have been booked into stock at our warehouse, this will then release your order into the picking process. If you require an item before one other item is in stock, we recommend making two separate orders as this will not hold up the order from being processed.


Shirt Personalisation

We are unable to exchange, or refund customised printed shirts or accept responsibility if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number. Personalised shirts may only be returned if faulty, unsuitable sizes cannot be returned.


Despatching of Orders

Although we do try to despatch your order on the day the order is created this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:

  • Pre-Orders: Products on Pre-Order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be despatched in the period specified on the website.
  • Payment Card Checks: Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your payment card which could delay your order. This is to reduce the risk of fraud.
  • Personalised Items: Items requiring personalisation for example with additional name, numbering and badges added may take an extra 21 days before they are ready to be despatched this is key during busy peak times such as kit launch, Black Friday & Christmas.
  • Incorrect Address: Unfortunately, once your order has been despatched, we are unable to change the address your parcel is due to arrive at. Please always make sure, the recipient address is correct and spelt correctly, including house name/number and postal code/zip code.
  • Peak Times: During peak times such as kit launch, black Friday and Christmas, there will be slight delays in orders being dispatched. This is down to the high volume of orders that are placed during these periods.

Once your order has been despatched, you will then receive an email from Wolves Shop containing all your tracking information, including a link to AVRi, where you will be able to see any photos taken by your courier once your order has been delivered.


What If My Parcel Hasn't Been Delivered?

We aim to deliver all our orders and keep failed deliveries to a minimum. If we do fail to deliver any order to you, please report this to us no later than 30 days from the date on which the order despatched. We will not accept responsibility for any undelivered orders which are reported to us later than 30 days after the date on which the order was taken by us. If you have not received your order, please get in contact via email to we plan to reply to all emails within 48hrs. Please remember this email address is not open during weekends or Bank Holidays.


European Customers

Delivery duties - At Wolverhampton Wanderers, we take full responsibility for duties payable for EU customers post-Brexit on our standard delivery option, meaning our customers will not incur further duty charges upon delivery. However, some of our express delivery lanes do not offer this option.
