At Levy Merchandising, we're proud to offer a fast, efficient, and hassle-free delivery service. Choose which items you want to buy and decide where you'd like them sent, and we'll take care of everything, making sure your items are carefully packaged and arrives as quickly as possible. 

UK Express Delivery - £8: Delivered within 2 working days of order being placed.  

UK Standard Delivery - £3: Please allow 3 - 10 working days from the date of dispatch.

For non-EU Countries, any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. 

Despatching of Orders 

UK/International Express: Orders placed before 12pm Monday- Friday will be dispatched the same working day, orders placed after 12pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the next working day. Please note orders placed after 12pm on Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday or Tuesday on Bank Holidays.  

UK/International Standard: Orders will be dispatched withing 2 working days of being placed. During peak times such as kit launch, Black Friday & Christmas personalised orders will be dispatched within 5 working days of orders being placed. 

Personalised Items: Items requiring personalisation for example shirt printing will be despatched within 5 working days of orders being placed. During peak times such as kit launch, Black Friday & Christmas personalised orders will be dispatched within 10 working days of orders being placed. 

Peak Times: During peak times such as kit launch, black Friday and Christmas, there might be slight delays in orders being dispatched, please allow between 2-5 working days for standard orders and 5-10 working days for personalised orders to be dispatched. Express orders will still be dispatched as above. 

Although we try to despatch your order within the times stated, this may not always be possible for the following reasons: 

Pre-Orders: Products on Pre-Order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be despatched in the period specified on within the important information section on the product page of the website. 

Payment Card Checks: Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your payment card which could delay your order. This is to reduce the risk of fraud. 

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email from Wolves Shop containing all your tracking information. 

Click & Collect: Orders will be ready to collect from the Wolves Megastore within 2 working days of placing the order. 

Once an order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email, you will then receive a second email when your order is ready for collection. 

To collect your order please come to the Wolves Megastore and present your order confirmation email and photographic proof of identity (passport or driving license) to a member of the team. On Matchdays you will need to present the same Information at the Click & Collect collection point within the Megastore.  

Orders must be collected within 14 days of receiving your confirmation email. After this date your item(s) will be returned to our warehouse, and we will refund your purchase (the £1 Click & Collect fee is non-refundable). Please note that it may take up to 10 working days for your uncollected parcel to be refunded and credited to your account. 

Orders placed for items on a pre order will be available to collect during the week of online dispatches advertised on the website. Please do not attempt to collect your order until you have received the email confirming your order is ready for collection. 

Normal returns and refunds policies apply. We are unable to offer refunds on personalised items regardless of whether they have been collected or not. 

Additional Information 

What happens if my delivery has not arrived: Please allow 10 working days (14 days for International) before you contact us regarding a 'non' delivery. After this time, please email detailing full name, address, and order number. Please allow us 48 hrs to track your parcel and for us to communicate back to you. 

Different Stock Availability: If you have selected items with different availability times then we will dispatch your order when all items are ready or alternatively you will need to place to separate orders.  

Incorrect Address: Unfortunately, once your order has been despatched, we are unable to change the address your parcel is due to arrive at. Please always make sure, the recipient address is correct and spelt correctly, including house name/number and postal code/zip code. 

Not Received Your Order Number: If you have not received your order number after processing your order online, please get in touch at as this could have happened due to reasons with the payment method used.
