Extended Christmas Returns

Items purchased both online and in our Megastore from 15th November 2025 up to 24th December 2025 will be eligible to return until 31st January 2026 as part of our extended Christmas returns policy. All other standard returns terms apply.

Megastore returns policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your in-store purchase, return it to the Molineux megastore within 28 days of purchase. Items returned to us must be in an unused and unworn condition, with all original tags and labels attached in order to receive a full refund or exchange. This item must be accompanied by the receipt. If you no longer have the receipt, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Shirt personalisation - We no longer offer shirt printing on items that we do not stock or are unreplaceable due to stock levels.

The Wolves megastore are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items purchased online. Please see below for the online returns policy.

 

Online returns policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us within 28 days of receipt. Items returned to us must be in an unused and unworn condition in their original packaging, with all original tags and labels still attached in order to receive a full refund or exchange.

Once an order has entered the processing phase, it cannot be cancelled. We are unable to refund customised printed shirts or accept responsibility if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number. Personalised shirts may only be returned if faulty, unsuitable sizes cannot be returned.

The Wolves Megastore are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items purchased online.

Your refund will be issued within 14 days of us receiving your parcel. If you have any queries, you can contact fan services via email ([email protected]), or by phone (03301 744603).

We no longer offer exchanges for online orders. If you wish to order an alternative product, please place a separate order, and follow the guidelines below for your return.

 

UK customers

Online Returns Portal

Please use our online returns portal to process all online returns.

Customers will need their order number, delivery post code and address to hand, along with the full product title as stated in your order receipt and reason for returning.

Returns will be charged at £3.50 per parcel and are available to return through our portal via Asda2You or Evri Shop. Customers are also eligible to return their parcel through a courier of their choice, at their own cost.

If you are arranging your own return delivery, we would strongly advise that you send the goods by special delivery, as Levy Merchandising cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post.

Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods returned are faulty. Postal charges for the return of exchanges are charged as shown in the help section; every effort is made to ensure that product prices, description and carriage charges outlined are correct.

International customers

We would advise that you send the goods by Special Delivery as Levy Merchandising cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post.
