How to Redeem Discount In-Store

• To redeem your 10% discount in-store, you must provide your supporter number at the till.
• Your supporter number can be found:
  • On the back of your season ticket card OR
  • By logging into your Wolves account and visiting the Supporter Hub.
• Once you have your supporter number ready:
  • Go to the till point and inform the staff member serving that you’d like to use your member’s discount.
  • The staff member will request your supporter number, then input this into the till to validate and appy the 10% discount.

How to Redeem Discount Online

• Go to Wolves Shop and sign in to the account linked to your season ticket or membership.
• Add your full-price items to your basket.
• Navigate to the cart and proceed to checkout as normal.
• The 10% discount will be automatically applied on the order review page before payment.

Terms & Conditions

• Discount applies to full-price items only.
• Discount excludes sale items, limited or special edition products.
• Discount cannot be used on gift cards or vouchers.
• Discount cannot be used with any other discount codes or promotional offers.
• Offer is exclusively available to:
  • 25/26 Season Ticket Holders
  • My Wolves 25/26 Members
  • #WolfPack 25/26 Members
  • Young Wolves 25/26 Members
  • Wolves Dribblers 25/26 Members
• Eligible users can redeem this discount multiple times throughout the 2025/26 season.
• Misuse of the discount may result in its withdrawal.
• Proof of eligibility may be required. Customers may be asked to present valid proof of membership.
• Discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• Discount cannot be redeemed on:
  • Match tickets or hospitality packages
  • Memberships
  • Stadium tours
  • Lottery products
  • Food or drinks
  • Any other Wolves products not sold in the Wolves Shop
• If items purchased using this discount are returned, refunds will reflect the discounted price paid.
